Gambas Al Ajillo and Queso Idiazabal (Sizzling Garlic Shrimp with Idizabal Cheese infused with Fresh Herbs)
i was really proud of this shrimp even though i thought it was so weird not to take ‘em out of their shell. my Chef told me that isn’t uncommon especially for tapas menus, because you crack open your shrimp, sip on your beer or wine and slurp down the shrimp meat… in any event the shrimp was delicious. the cheese was salty and weird. still loved it though because i love cheese.
